Q>What is the process for ordering online digipacks through this website?
A>Once you have decided on the Digipack style you want, download the correct artwork template from our ‘Templates‘ page.  When you’re happy with your artwork (contact us in the meantime if you need any guidance), place your order via this site;  then send us your artwork via the most appropriate method.
On receipt of your order and artwork we will check your artwork to ensure it is suitable for print, and email you an Acrobat PDF file for you to approve.  Once approved, we will notify you of an estimated delivery date and commence manufacturing of your digipacks.
On completion, we will contact you advising your digipacks are ready, confirming a despatch and delivery date.  Your digipacks will then be delivered via courier.

Q>How long will it take to complete my order once payment has been made?
A>Provided your artwork is satisfactoy, most orders are completed within 10 working days, often sooner.

Q>I don’t have a PayPal account, can I pay with a credit or debit card?
A>Yes, either select the ‘Credit Card’ payment option at the ‘Checkout’; we will contact you for your card details, or pay via PayPal, you will be requested for your card deatils.

Q>Once payment has been made, how do I send my artwork to you.
A>If the artwork is small enough, less than 20Mb, it can be emailed to: info@digipack.eu. Alternatively use a secure service like yousendit.com. You can also put your artwork on a CD and put it in the post, our details are on the ‘Contact‘ page.

Q>Are the digipacks you manufacture printed digitally or offset-litho print.
A>All our digipacks are offset-litho printed on packaging board with specific printing and folding qualities to ensure a premium professional looking product.

Q>What type of finish can I have on my Digipack?
A>All our digipacks come as standard with a ‘Gloss UV (Ultra Violet) Varnish’, this is included in the price.  As an alternative we do offer a ‘Matt UV Varnish’, however there is an additional one off charge (regardless of quantity) for Matt, please add ‘Matt UV Varnish’ to your basket to include this style of finish.

Q>Can I get a sample digipack of my own artwork made up before I order?
A>Unfortunatley it is not cost effective for us to produce single or small numbers of items. We are however more than happy to send out previously manufactured samples free of charge.

Q>Why are there no prices against the products in the shop? How do I find the price?
A>The shopping cart on this site is setup for  ‘Volume Pricing’, essentially you can have the exact quantity you want; this would make it clumbersome to display a price for every possible quantity.  To find the price enter the number you require into the quantity box and hit the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The price will apprear in your ‘Cart’ in the right hand column. You can add and remove as many different items and quantities into the ‘Cart’ as you require. Play around with prices and quantities at your leisure!
